What is the pet policy?
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment home. Pets are subject to a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds:
Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komondor, Borzoi, Dalmatian.
The assigned schools for our community are: Flour Bluff Elementary School, Flour Bluff Jr. High School, Flour Bluff High School
What is the parking policy?
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Can visitors park overnight?
Yes, visitors may park overnight.
Are utilities included in rent?
No, utilities are not included.
Are short-term rentals available?
Our community offers lease terms from 2-15 months in length.
Do you have a fitness center?
No, we do not have a fitness center.
Does your property have washer/dryer connections?
No, none of our apartment homes have washer/dryer connections.
Do you offer student discounts?
No, we do not offer student discounts.
